Welcome to Guard Haus™. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or participating in one of our scanning clinics, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing products or services from Guard Haus™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Custom Manufactured Products

Haus Fit™ sports guards are custom manufactured using an athlete's individual digital scan.

Because each guard is made specifically for one individual:

• All custom sports guards are final sale.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Products cannot be transferred to another athlete.

3. Athlete Responsibility

It is the athlete's responsibility to:

• Provide accurate information during the scanning process.
• Review colour selections before manufacturing begins.
• Follow all care and cleaning instructions.
• Inspect their sports guard upon receipt.

4. Team Clinics

For team bookings, the coach, team manager, or designated representative acts as the primary contact for scheduling and product distribution.

Completed guards may be delivered to the designated representative for distribution to athletes.

5. Booking Policy

Appointment times are reserved specifically for each athlete.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Guard Haus reserves the right to charge cancellation or rebooking fees for repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.

6. Product Performance

Sports guards are designed to help reduce the risk of dental injuries during athletic participation.

However, no sports guard can eliminate the risk of injury.

Guard Haus makes no guarantee that injuries will be prevented while wearing one of our products.

7. Warranty & Fit Guarantee

Any applicable warranties or fit guarantees are subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Normal wear, chewing, misuse, improper care, or accidental damage are not covered.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, product names, photographs, illustrations, and branding remain the exclusive property of Guard Haus™.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guard Haus™ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost income
• Consequential damages
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Loss resulting from improper use of products

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product or service.

11. Website Information

While we strive to keep all information accurate, product descriptions, colours, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

13. Professional Disclaimer

Guard Haus™ provides custom sports guards designed to help protect athletes during sport and recreational activities.

Guard Haus™ is not a dental office and does not provide dental examinations, diagnoses, treatment, or dental advice.

Our digital scanning process is performed solely for the purpose of manufacturing a custom sports guard and is not intended to diagnose, monitor, or treat any dental or medical condition.

Athletes experiencing tooth pain, jaw pain, loose teeth, bite concerns, or other oral health issues should consult their dentist or other qualified healthcare professional before using a sports guard.

Haus Fit™ custom sports guards are manufactured from digital impressions obtained for the purpose of creating a custom-fitted sports guard.

The products sold by Guard Haus™ are intended solely for athletic mouth protection and are not intended to replace professional dental care or treatment.
