Our busiest season runs August through October. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred appointment or team clinic date.
Insurance eligible
All HausFit™ custom sports guards are eligible for insurance submission. Depending on your dental benefits, sports guards are commonly covered between 50% and 100%. While we do not offer direct billing, you'll receive a completed insurance claim form at your appointment, ready to submit to your insurance provider.
