Our busiest season runs August through October. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred appointment or team clinic date.
Insurance eligible
HausFit™ custom sports guards are eligible for insurance submission when booked at an insurance-eligible scanning clinic. Depending on your dental benefits, sports guards are commonly covered between 50% and 100%.
Not all of our locations offer insurance submission options, including team scans, tournaments, and our Belleville clinic.
